Kaiser Aluminum announces their quarterly dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation has declared a cash dividend payment quarterly of $0.35 per share on outstanding common stock of the Company. It was announced by the Company today. This dividend will be payable in 2014 on May 15 to the shareholders of record as the closure of business will take place on April 25, 2014.
