
The Board of Directors of the global leader in aluminium engineering, manufacturing and innovation, Gränges’ has appointed Jörgen Rosengren as the new CEO and President.

Jörgen Rosengren, currently positioned as CEO of Bufab Group, a Nasdaq Stock Exchange in Stockholm listed company. He will take office at the latest on 1st October 2021. However, as announced previously, Johan Menckel, the current CEO of Gränges’ will step down during the third quarter.
Fredrik Arp, Chairman of the Board, Gränges AB, said: “We are very pleased that we have managed to recruit Jörgen Rosengren. Jörgen has for nine years been CEO in a company that under his leadership has added significant value to the shareholders through profitable organic growth and several successful acquisitions. Jörgen’s experience and personal qualities as well as his commercial drive and technical competence make him very suitable to lead Gränges’ continued development.”
Jörgen Rosengren, born in 1967, has an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Lund University, Faculty of Engineering. Before joining Bufab, he worked for eight years within the Husqvarna Group. He also has experience from working within Electrolux, McKinsey & Company as well as Philips Electronics in the Netherlands.
Jörgen Rosengren said: “After an eventful, developing and stimulating time in Bufab, I very much look forward to taking on new challenges and opportunities together with the management at Gränges, from October at the latest. Gränges has great future potential and good opportunities to contribute to the transition to a more sustainable and circular economy,”
