Inta Bina Group is ready to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia and expects to raise RM26.76 million from the initial public offering (IPO).  The group would invest RM5 million out of the total IPO proceeds in the Industrialised Building System (IBS). The group said the listing would help in expanding company’s business.

Managing director Paul Lim Ooi Joo said at the launch of the company's prospectus, "Our strategy in efficiently constructing affordable housing projects is through the usage of an aluminium formwork system.”

“As affordable housing projects generally involve mass construction of buildings with similar and repetitive designs, we believe the usage of an aluminium formwork system is best suited for (our) kind of projects.”

He further stated, "It will also improve our cost competitiveness in the long-run, as it will reduce labour costs and shorten construction periods.”
