<p>Indian tech startup Notion Ink has launched their latest offering the Able 10, a successor to the Cain tablet, with an upgraded keyboard built out of aluminium. <br /><br />The electronic devices segment has been experiencing a continued decline in shipments over the last few quarters, the world over; yet, the 2-in-1 segment has charted growth.
