Hulamin Appoints Watson From Alcoa as Director on its Board

Hulamin Ltd. (HLM), Africa’s biggest producer of fabricated aluminum products, appointed Jeff Watson, a former Alcoa Inc. (AA) employee, as international director and Brand Pretorius, the former head of Reunert Ltd. (RLO), to its board today at an annual general meeting near Pietermaritzburg in South Africa.
