Gränges appoints Sofia Hedevåg as a member of Group Management

The global leader in aluminium engineering, manufacturing and innovation Gränges has announced the appointment of Sofia Hedevåg to be a member of Gränges’ Group Management and report to CEO Johan Menckel.

Presently Sofia holds the position of SVP Sustainability at Gränges AB and since 15^th May’20, she has been a member of Gränges’ extended Group Management.

Camilla Weiner, SVP Corporate Responsibility & Communication, who has been a member of Gränges’ Group Management since 2019, is stepping out of Gränges to continue with assignments in her own business.

However, it has been notified that all the changes above will be effectuated from 1^st April 2021.

Johan Menckel, CEO Gränges AB, said: "We have created a new position in Gränges’ Group Management with global responsibility for sustainability, a very important strategic area for Gränges. By including the SVP Sustainability in Group Management, we broaden management’s competence and focus further to meet the increased interest and demand from our customers and other stakeholders."
