Endurance Technologies acquires 99% in Adler SpA

Endurance Technologies announced that its subsidiary Endurance Overseas Srl, Italy, has acquired controlling equity stake of 99% in Adler SpA. The corporate name of Adler is being changed to Endurance Adler SpA.

Endurance Technologies is a manufacturer of aluminium casting (including alloy wheels), suspension, transmission and braking products. The company provides high pressure die castings, low pressure die castings, gravity die castings etc.

Endurance Group in Europe now has ten manufacturing plants, of which seven are in Italy and three in Germany.

Adler, a leader in systems solutions for clutches, gears and friction plates with niche in R&D, engineering services and product development for OEM customers in Europe, has been a long term technology provider to the Company.

The acquisition has been achieved by an investment of Euro 3.5 million in the share capital of Adler, with effect 15th April 2020.

The deal will give Endurance Group total access to Adler technical know-how and intellectual property rights. The acquisition will also provide future growth opportunities in India as well as abroad.
