The aluminium scrap export by Taiwan from the US has been showing stability during May-Oct’19. Taiwan’s total aluminium scrap import during Jan-Oct’18 from the US stood at 46,100 tonnes, whereas in 2019 during the same phase the scrap import was recorded at 53,100, a rise by 15.18%, and by the excess capacity of 7000 tonnes. Taiwan’s total aluminium scrap import from the US during May-Oct’19 reflected at 28,270 tonnes.
