Data suggests a fall in exports of aluminium can by France
France shipped $485 billion worth of goods around the globe in 2016, making it the 6th largest exporter in the world. In 2017, data suggests a slight fall in exports of aluminium can in France.
Spain is the top importer of aluminium cans from France. The largest part of aluminium can is exported to Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, the USA, Germany and Denmark.
According to the recent estimate, in 2015, France exported 27036 tonnes of aluminium cans globally. The total revenue from can export amounts to about US$ 185 million. Compared to 2015, in 2016, the country exported an estimated 32861 tonnes of aluminium cans. The total revenue from the export stood at US$ 205 million.
In 2017, the aluminium can export by France is estimated to reach 27704 tonnes and the revenue from export is estimated to be about USD 526 million.
