Data shows a decline in aluminium bar rods and profiles export by Italy in 2018
Italy’s exports of commodities have increased during the last five years. Italy’s aluminium bar rods and profiles exports accounts for 1.8% of the total exports of the country. The country’s exports of aluminium bar rods and profiles are projected to decline in 2018.
Global import-export data reveals that Italy exported 189046 tonnes of aluminium bar rods and profiles in 2016. Italy exported aluminium bar rods and profiles worth USD699 million. Italy’s exports of aluminium bar rods and profiles increased to 203903 tonnes and value of this product stood at USD 1.5 billion in 2017 (estimated).
In 2018, the total export volume of aluminium bar rods and profiles is estimated to decline to 181979 tonnes and the value of export is projected to reach USD 1.4 billion.
The top destinations of Italy aluminium bar rods and profiles exports are Germany, France, Spain, Brazil, Denmark, the USA, UK, Switzerland, Poland, and Netherlands among others.
