Innovative cleaning products company Cleancult, a staunch supporter of sustainability, was recently nominated for the Inc. 2023's Best in Business list in the Sustainability category. Founded by Ryan Lupberger, the New York-based company launched its first-ever ready-to-use aluminium bottles in mass-market retail dish soap and all-purpose cleaning categories.

Cleancult's strongly developed hand soaps have just entered the aluminium collection. The Best in Business Awards by Inc. recognises organisations that have remarkably influenced their industries and society. The list, featured in the Winter edition of Inc. magazine, acknowledges the most dynamic organisations across all sizes and sectors that have had a remarkable impact on their communities, industry, environment, or society.
"This highly-esteemed recognition in Inc.'s Sustainability list means so much to us as we stride towards eradicating single-use culture and growing the wave of no-plastic fanatics," said Ryan Lupberger, Co-Founder and CEO of Cleancult.
The editors of Inc. assessed the accomplishments of the firms in the previous year and observed their significant impact on the globe. Subsequently, they chose recipients in 70 distinct categories, including areas such as advertising, sustainability, and others. These categories were further classified based on age, income, size, and effect.
"We believe in a future where clean doesn't come at the cost of our planet. This year, our entire product portfolio became Plastic Neutral Certified, and we unveiled our game-changing aluminium bottles that are filled with our powerful formulas and pair with our recyclable paper-based carton refills—a huge leap towards a cleaner, more sustainable world," added Ryan Lupberger.
Eric Hagerman, Special Projects Editor at Inc., stated, "Being named to the Best in Business list is a rare and special honour. These honourees demonstrate the foresight, caring, and dedication to prioritise positive impact—impact on their community, on their industry and the environment, and even on society as a whole."
