
Ma Zhenglan, the secretary of the Party Committee and the chairman of Henan Energy, held a meeting with Shi Zhirong, the secretary of the Party Committee of Chinalco, on November 28. During the meeting, both parties emphasised the importance of enhancing communication and collaboration, working together towards mutual benefits, promoting high-quality development, and achieving practical outcomes from their cooperation.

The following people attended the meeting: Yang Heng, who is the Henan Group Company General Manager, Deputy Party Secretary, and Vice Chairman; Song Lusheng, who is the Executive Deputy General Manager; Jiang Tao, who is the Deputy General Manager and Safety Director of Chinalco Shares; Yu Hua, who is the Chairman of Chinalco Materials; Huang Li, who is the Party Secretary and General Manager of the company; and Shen Ziwei, who is the Deputy General Manager of Chinalco Mining.
Ma Zhenglan extended a warm welcome to Shi Zhirong upon his arrival. After providing a brief overview of the group company and its industrial development plan, he shared that Henan Energy is currently focused on constructing a "2+2+N" industrial system, which aims to enhance internal power and innovation vitality. As a result, the enterprise's business situation continues to remain favourable, and high-quality development is being steadily promoted.
Chinalco's Shi Zhirong expressed appreciation to Henan Energy for their longstanding support. The two parties have a history of cooperation and a strong relationship. Chinalco has been focused on structural reform of the aluminium supply side, which has improved profitability and competitiveness. Henan Energy has rich resources and potential for collaboration. The two sides hope to leverage their strengths, explore innovative ways of cooperation, and promote mutually beneficial projects to achieve common development and foster a long-lasting partnership.
In a recent meeting, Yang Heng expressed gratitude to Chinalco for its constant attention and support of the reform and development of the group company. Heng also provided a brief overview of the current situation of the group company's development and the existing cooperation between the two parties. Additionally, Heng put forward some valuable opinions and suggestions for further strengthening the collaboration between the two entities in the near future.
