Shandong, China’s top aluminum production prince, is finding itself short of the light metal, as processing business booms, says Zhang Shiping, Chairman of Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group, as saying yesterday.
Aluminum has found wide applications in China’s beverage can, automobile and other sectors, boosting demand for the light metal, Zhang added.
