Bhoruka Aluminium's board approves bonus issue

The board of Bhoruka Aluminium in its meeting on 26 August 2011 has approved the issue and allotment of 12,87,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each upon conversion of equivalent number of warrants issued on preferential basis to the persons in promoter group.
Further, the board has approved the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1 share for every 1 share held as on the record date, subject to approval of shareholders.
