A significant collaboration has been established in the Indian aluminium downstream sector. Arfin India Limited, a prominent manufacturer of high-quality aluminium products, including wire and wire rods, has secured a domestic order from JFE Shoji India Private Limited. The order entails the supply of 900 tonnes of aluminium deoxidiser (deox) products for August 2025, marking a key development in product innovation and supply chain alignment within the industry.

Arfin India Limited has secured the order at a total value of INR 25.98 crore (USD 3.12 million), with the aluminium deox products scheduled for delivery to various steel mills across western India. As per the company's exchange filing dated August 4, 2025, the order was facilitated through its established distributor network.
The company has further clarified that the transaction does not involve any related-party or promoter interest, ensuring full compliance with corporate governance standards. This development solidifies Arfin's business engagement with domestic steel manufacturers and reinforces its strategic positioning within the metallurgical sector.
The company's contribution to the global steel industry
The Indian manufacturer of aluminium products, back in 2018, announced its plans to expand its aluminium product manufacturing facilities to address the increasing demand from international markets. The expansion is aimed at scaling up production capacity to support the company's growing export operations, particularly for its aluminium deox products.
With rising orders from global steel manufacturers, the organisation intends to strengthen its supply capabilities and reinforce its position as a reliable supplier in the international metallurgical industry. This move aligns with the company's long-term strategy to capitalise on emerging opportunities in overseas markets and enhance its export footprint.

In 2022, Arfin India Limited has secured an export order worth USD 42.26 million for the supply of aluminium deox products to Saudi Arabia. The order, placed by a leading steel manufacturer in the region, marks a strategic milestone for Arfin's international expansion and reflects the growing global demand for its metallurgical solutions.
