Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation announces regular quarterly dividend

Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation, a leading producer of forged and cast rolling mill rolls for the worldwide steel and aluminum industries, announced the declaration of a regular quarterly dividend of eighteen cents ($.18) per share on the common stock of the Corporation.
The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2013 to shareholders of record on July 15, 2013.
Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation is also a producer of air and liquid processing equipment.
