
Aluminium products manufacturer Alcomet from Bulgaria announced its consolidated results for the first half of 2017 on Monday July 31.

The company’s consolidated net profit dropped to 9 million levs ($5.4 million/4.6 million euro) in the first half of 2017, from 13.6 million levs during the same period of 2016.
However, the company’s sales revenue increased to 177.2 million levs in the first half of 2017, from 155.1 million levs in the first half of 2016, the company said in a house filing.

The value of total products sales volume, however, rose to 157.8 million levs in the first half of 2017, from 130.8 million levs in the same period of 2016.
Alcomet shares closed at 17.9 levs on Monday, in a trading volume of 313 units on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
