Alcomet reports decline in non-consolidated net profit in 2017

Alcomet has announced its non-consolidated net profit for 2017 on Wednesday, January 31.Alcomet, an aluminium products manufacturer, reported a drop in net profit in 2017.

The company’s consolidated net profit dropped to 15.9 million levs ($10.12 million/8.12 million euro) in 2017, compared to 26.9 million levs in 2016. Sales revenue increased to 354.5 million levs in 2017, compared to 309.8 million levs in 2016.

The value of total products sales volume rose to 317.2 million levs in 2017, from 130.8 million levs in the previous year.

Alcomet is one of the leading manufacturers of rolled and extruded aluminium products in Bulgaria. The company provides cast coils and billets; and finstock products, strips for heat shields and noise protection panels, standard strips, and sheets, as well as household, container, and technical foils.
