Slag Removal Flux

This product is made by blending various salt compounds in a certain proportion and processed through a special technique. The slag treated by it becomes quite dry and loose, with very little aluminium mixed in the slag, thereby reducing the loss of aluminium, improving the material utilization rate and the purity of the aluminium liquid.

Main advantages

• Good heat generation, separation of aluminium in slag, and decomposition of aluminium oxide in slag, making aluminium slag dry and loose, very easy to remove.
• After treatment, the purity of aluminium liquid is greatly improved, the alloy performance is improved, and the aluminium consumption is reduced.
• Reduce the adhesion of slag to the furnace wall and furnace bottom, avoid damage to the furnace body, extend the service life of the furnace body and reduce the number of furnace cleaning times.
