Description
Degassing refining flux is a relatively traditional and highly efficient refining flux, which has the dual effects of slag removal and degassing. It is currently recognized as the best solid degassing flux.
Main Advantages:
- It can effectively remove hydrogen, oxide inclusions and other impurities in molten aluminium, improve the quality of castings, be convenient to use and have a significant degassing effect.
- After the final treatment, the hydrogen content in the molten aluminium is ≤0.1 mL/100 g Al, the content of inclusions (Al2O3) is reduced by more than 20%, the inclusion defects in the castings are reduced by 50%, and the macroscopic pinhole degree of the aluminium castings is grade one.
