Static Bulk Volumetric Measurement of Wagon at Dumping Station.
SWVM is a perfect application for wagon dumping station (also called as wagon tippler), which helps in flaw less automated dumping operation and enhance the emptiness control.

With respect to tippler capacity (Single or Double) one or two 3D scanners is installed above the station. Once the wagon is arrived to the dumping station first load scan is done, during that it also performs inspection of foreign object in the wagon. After dumping the material before leaving the station empty scan is performed for checking emptiness level.

Our intelligent software system analyze the scan data and compute the 3-Dimensional scanned image in our software. SWVM is can work as standalone system and easy to integrate with the existing automated system. More over this system helps you in quick positioning of the wagon.
