Description
Degasser D-19 is exceptional strong degasser for Aluminum and Aluminum alloys.
Function:
- To remove hydrogen from the molten metal
- To minimize blow hole porosity
- To minimize open hole porosity
- To minimize microporosity
- To enhance surface finish of the casting surface
Application
It is generally used as the application rate of 0.15 to 0.20% by weight of molten metal for aluminum and aluminum alloys.
