Vimetco Extrusion, an ISO and CE certified company, a fully owned subsidiary of Alro S.A., the largest aluminium smelter in Central and Eastern Europe, is operating since the end of 2006 and is continuously upgrading itself. Vimetco Extrusion is a fast-growing company, located in Slatina - Romania, permanently working to fulfil its motto, “Committed to perfection“, by providing high-quality aluminium products, short delivery times, and above all, professional customer service.
During its existence, there have been made major investments and Vimetco Extrusion won recognition not only as the biggest extruder in Romania but also as a significant player in the West European extrusion market.
Certified ISO 9001:2015 and currently operating 2 extrusion presses, Vimetco Extrusion employs over 200 workers completely devoted to meeting and exceeding our customer expectations. Focusing its production on the 6xxx alloy series, in conformity with EN standards, Vimetco Extrusion's products are sold for a variety of applications throughout Europe.
Starting mid of 2009 Vimetco Extrusion has approached as well the domestic market, guided in this initiative by the motto: "Made in Romania, for Romania". Customer orientation policy represents a key factor of our successful continuous ascension in the aluminium branch.
