Aluminium Liquid Degassing Filter Box

Features:

1. The box in contact with aluminium liquid is cast in one piece with high-strength, non-stick aluminium and corrosion-resistant imported materials, which has a long service life and is easy to maintain

2. Add insulation materials on the periphery to reduce heat loss

3. Place high-quality air-permeable bricks at the bottom, which have good gas diffusion and long service life

4. The degassing method can be a combination of a rotating nozzle blowing into the melt and a breathable brick degassing method, which has a better degassing effect

5. It can be installed with ceramic filter plates and thermal insulation devices to meet different needs

• Gas used: Nitrogen or Ar Purity: ≥99.996%, dew point <-70℃, H2O <=2ppm O2 <=3ppm
