As a certified welding company according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2, they are able to offer their ladles, manufactured in-house, that meet the high requirements of the product standard DIN EN 1247. Furthermore, they offer their own specially designed "MX" gearbox series.
Crane Pouring Lashes:
- They offer a one-stop service package, from new construction, repair and maintenance of ladles and gearboxes to ladle inspections in accordance with accident prevention regulations, as well as training on occupational safety and testing of ladles.
- As your partner in security matters, they conduct the annual visual inspection for you. Depending on customer preference, the main inspections are carried out either at their factory or directly on-site by one of their specialists.
Treatment Lashes:
- A treatment ladle is essentially a crane-operated casting ladle, typically equipped with a lifting device for a crane or forklift. The main difference from a conventional casting ladle lies in the vessel geometry and, if applicable, the choice of material. The vessel height is approximately 2:1 in relation to the vessel diameter. The diameter is smaller to minimize oxygen absorption by the melt through the bath surface.
Standard Lashes:
- They offer a selection of standard ladles. There are five different sizes to choose from, with capacities ranging from 1 ton to 10 tons. They are driven by their proven MX ladel gearboxes for smooth and safe handling

- Their casting ladles are manufactured individually according to customer specifications. Custom solutions for special requirements are therefore part of their daily business. To give you an idea of these custom designs.
