They have been active in the foundry industry for over 60 years. They have serviced, repaired, technically upgraded or newly built almost every furnace make in-house. With this experience, they are able to offer comprehensive solutions for their customers—from engineering and new manufacturing, through modernization and conversion of induction systems, to extensive service and customer support.
Crucible Furnaces:
- The demands placed on modern crucible furnace systems, especially regarding power density, availability and operational reliability, have increased significantly in recent years. Their decades of experience in coil repair and modernization of crucible furnace systems are of great importance in this context.
- The design, construction and implementation of new manufacturing, modernization and repair of crucible furnace systems are carried out in close cooperation with the customer in order to develop optimal solutions for their applications.
- New crucible furnace coils (for use under vacuum or normal atmosphere) can be manufactured with a diameter of up to 2200 mm. Their insulation technology used, including the impregnation process, offers maximum protection for your coils.
- Due to the high proportion of in-house production, they are able to react immediately to repair your systems as quickly as possible.
Trough Furnaces:
- The channel kiln technology developed by them aims to make intensive use of the advantages of modern channel kiln systems, their special energy efficiency and the diverse application and use possibilities.
- To meet the high demands of energy savings, maximum melting capacity and service life, channel inductors with a geometrically adapted channel were developed. This type of technology enables a significant extension of service life while simultaneously reducing energy consumption.
- For example, trough inductors with a power output of up to 2,400 kW for copper alloys and 1,500 kW for aluminium have been developed and tested. Power input can be supplied either conventionally or via IGBT converter technology.
