Payment Term:
Payment will be made within three days after the goods arrive at the client’s warehouse and successfully pass incoming inspection, or through a Letter of Credit (L/C). For initial transactions, payment will be made via L/C, after which it will transition to T/T terms
Payment Conditions:
The price will be provisional and subject to adjustment based on the monthly average LME price. Any differences will be settled accordingly between both parties
Delivery Term:
FCA Incheon is preferred; however, CIF Incheon is also acceptable
