Ceramic Filter Plate

Performance and use:

The ceramic filter plate is made of corundum material, which has excellent heat and shock resistance, uniform pore size, high through-porosity and sufficient sintering, which can effectively filter out impurities in the aluminium liquid. It is widely used in various forms of the aluminium smelting industry for purification and refining outside the furnace with the best filtration effect. This product is white or gray honeycomb.

3. Compressive strength: 20.25 MPa

4. Specific gravity: >0.3 g/cm²

Airflow micronized powder content: 11.22%

Aluminium oxide content: 19.82%

Activated alumina content: 12.18%

Ceramic additive content: 2.30%

Thickener content: 2.17%
