1. Oil pressure system: It consists of oil tank, oil cylinder, oil pump, oil pump motor, control valve block and pressure gauge. The oil tank is equipped with 40# hydraulic oil. The oil pump is driven by the oil pump motor to realize the pumping oil. The oil is transported to the oil cylinder through the connecting oil pipe to make the oil cylinder expand and contract. Among them, the overflow valve controls the high pressure of the hydraulic system and plays a role in safety protection to prevent the hydraulic system from overloading; the one-way throttle valve can generate back pressure during the extrusion process of the pressure piece, which plays a stable role, and the solenoid valve is used to maintain the system. The set pressure, the pressure gauge is used to display the pressure.
2. Electrical control system: It is mainly composed of main circuit and control circuit. Automatic circuit breaker, relay and AC contactor are used in the circuit to control oil pump motor, solenoid valve, etc.
3. Pressure plate balancing mechanism: It is mainly composed of balancing lifting rack, gear, transmission shaft and fixed rotating bearing.
