The working principle of the aluminum extrusion press is simply a principle of physical deformation. Use auxiliary equipment such as electromagnetic heating furnace or coil induction heating furnace to heat the aluminum rod to about 450 ℃. Then it is extruded by an extruder. The principle of the extruder is that the heated aluminum rod is installed in the extrusion cylinder. One end is the extrusion rod for propulsion output, and the other end is the corresponding die. Under the output, the aluminum rod is pushed towards the direction of the mold. After the aluminum rod comes out of the mold mouth through high temperature physical deformation, it becomes the corresponding aluminum profile, and then it is cooled, sawed and transformed into the next process.
