Aluminium Tilting Rotary Furnace

Aluminum slag tilting rotary furnace is suitable for mass treatment of hot slag, cold slag and aluminum slag containing high iron. The number of people is small. In particular, when dealing with cold slag, it can be operated continuously only with a bucket of hot slag raked out from the furnace. Application:

• Aluminium slag tilting rotary furnace shall be paved with cold ash before use. The bottom cold ash shall be the screened ash granular material with the addition amount of 3/4 to 1 bucket. If the amount of hot ash is not enough, hotter ash can be added.
• The hot ash sent from each workshop shall be put into the furnace in time (except for being recycled or unloaded). If it cannot be put into the furnace in time, the hot ash burned on the surface shall be dispersed and covered with fine ash and the slag basin cover shall be used to close so as to prevent excessive oxidation and reduce heat loss.

Furnace Loading:

• The total weight of cold ash and hot ash shall be considered during furnace loading. The ratio of cold ash to hot ash is approximately 2:3, in which the cold material is generally not more than 1.5-3 tons, the hot ash is not more than 3-5 tons and the total ash loading per furnace shall not exceed 8 tons.
• When the amount of hot ash is enough, it can start to work. Use the forklift to rake dross to make it heat up evenly.
• Use the remote controller to control the rotation of the rotary furnace (forward rotation or reverse rotation) and stir with the rake at the same time. The control temperature should not be too high (when the temperature is too high, add cold ash to cool down)
• When adding materials to the aluminium slag tilting rotary furnace, the ash hopper shall not hit the furnace door and furnace wall violently and the charging time of each hopper is 3-5 minutes.
