Description
Drache manufactures all filter box sizes from 7" to 26", as well as double filter boxes and boxes with two filter seats stacked on top of each other. They supply refractory components such as inlet runners, step stones, and outlet runners to match the filter box inserts. These parts are available in a wide range of dimensions and customized versions. They also offer a broad range of runner segments, from small cross-sections for continuous casting to components for billet and slab casting to large segments for transfer runners. The parts are manufactured from Drache Fused Silica (DFS).
Drache Fused Silcia (DFS) is a material specially developed by Drache for use in aluminium casting, which is used, for example, in filter box inserts and channel segments.
