Description

The sparkCCD 7000 OES optical emission spectrometer is a state-of-the-art analyzer utilizing a high-resolution linear charge-coupled device (CCD) detector for comprehensive spectral analysis. An intelligent control system with an argon-purified optical system ensures enhanced performance and longer instrument life. The heated optical system further enhances the analyzer's stability. The diversity of spectral lines allows for precise elemental analysis and expands the analytical range by seamlessly switching between different spectral lines of the same element.

Furthermore, interference correction for third elements significantly increases accuracy. Key advantages of the sparkCCD 7000 include the absence of limitations due to photomultiplier arrangements, the ability to test all chemical elements without hardware changes and easy maintenance. The digital solid-state light source with adjustable energy and frequency is flexible and suitable for a wide range of material analyses. It ensures fast data acquisition, efficient operation and optimal adaptation to your analysis requirements.

Features:

  1. Equipped with a high-resolution CCD detector with 3648 pixels per chip.
  2. Each pixel is only 8 μm in size, enabling precise and detailed spectral analysis and data collection.
  3. Paschen-Runge mounting bracket for precise optical alignment.
  4. Featuring a high-resolution holographic grating with a 500 mm focal length and 2700 grooves/mm, it enables a wide spectral line range of 130-800 nm and allows for the analysis of elements such as N, Li, Na, and K.
  5. It offers impressive dispersion performance with a first-order dispersion ratio of 0.74 nm/mm and a second-order dispersion ratio of 0.37 nm/mm.
  6. It achieves excellent spectral resolution at 0.006 nm.
  7. It includes a detector with multiple CCD arrays, allowing for analysis without test channel limitations.
  8. It utilizes a brand-new molded optical cavity with a low thermal expansion coefficient, guaranteeing high device stability.
  9. Maintains a constant temperature system with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C.
