The ingot casting line is suitable for primary and secondary smelters to produce various grades of aluminum ingot, which can meet the requirement of 24 hours of continuous production. The ingot size and the configuration of the casting line can be customized. Their general casting line's configuration is molten aluminium distributor, caster, printer, demold system, receiving system, second cooling machine, stacking system and online weighting system. For the stacking system, they have gantry stackers and robots.
