Aluminium Profile Transport Conveyors

Extrusion Run-out Conveyor – This is the conveyor that passes over the hot profiles exiting the press during the extrusion process. The felt rollers in this conveyor are specially selected for high temperatures. Additionally, these conveyors can be cooled with fans at the bottom if desired.

Cooling and transfer stands – Profiles taken from the exit rolls are transferred to the tensioning system by the belts on these stands.

Gathering Belts – Profiles that have completed the stretching process and have become linear are transferred to the waiting rolls on the conveyor before the final cutting saw with these stands, and begin to accumulate there.

Waiting Table (Finishing saw infeed conveyor belts) – linear profiles wait on waiting tables and move towards the saw for the cutting process in order.
