CBA pays R$206 million in dividends on December 22nd
Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio (CBA) informs its shareholders that it will pay, on December 22, 2023, R$0.34580615046 per share, totalling R$206 million, relating to the mandatory dividend, as resolved in the AGM/ E 2023.
Dividend payments will be made by deposit into the shareholders' current account, as informed by each of them to BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S/A DTVM, the agent responsible for the bookkeeping of shares issued by the Company.
Dividends relating to shares held in custody at the B3 Asset Depository Center will be paid to this entity, which will pass them on to shareholders through depositing brokers. The CBA also highlights that, alternatively, in line with the provisions of the Relevant Fact published on November 8, 2023, the values of the dividends to which shareholders who have chosen to use it to pay for the capital increase deliberated in the RCA Capital Increase, will be applied to the payment of the respective shares subscribed within the scope of the capital increase, on December 22, 2023, as disclosed in the Capital Increase Notice to Shareholders and in the Capital Increase Relevant Fact.
