The components excluded are:

•aluminium radiators meant for use in automobile equipment manufacturing applications;
•imports of components like rubber gasket, frames, oil cooler, tank, tubes etc. in isolation or as stand-alone ones
•aluminium radiators for use in the original assembly of vehicles;
•and the radiators made for OEM and replacement market

The DGAD had issued a corrigendum on January 22, 2016, though the period of investigation began on April 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015, to make a thorough analysis on the basis of the available data. The final findings were published on March 20, 2017.
