The Scandinavian country recorded importation of aluminium containers of 219 tonnes during 2018-19 and the revenue expended for the import remained at $2.26 million. The import for 2020 remained at 171 tonnes and the expenditure stood at $1.96 million. However, when the import volume and expenditure of 2020 get added with the previous two years, it denotes 390 tonnes and $4.22 million.

In 2018, the aluminium containers import of Denmark was counted to 56 tonnes only and the expenditure occurred for the import accounted to $0.72 million, whereas, in 2019, the import saw a rise by 191.07%, as the import volume grew to 163 tonnes and the expenditure augmented to $1.54 million.
The import for 2020 was registered with a marginal growth of 4.90%, as the import volume rose to 171 tonnes and expenditure to $1.96 million.
Denmark’s major trading destinations for the importation of aluminium containers are Estonia, Germany, Norway, Spain, Sweden, etc.
