During the mid-2019, PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (PT BAI) created a consortium, formed of three companies, for the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) towards the development and execution of a One Million Tonne Per Annum (MTPA) smelter grade alumina refinery project and a 2×40,000 normal cubic metre per hour (Nm3/hr) coal gasification plant. Damansara Realty Bhd (DBhd) said in a statement that its subsidiary has engaged into a term sheet agreement with YHS Resources Sdn Bhd to commence work on a bauxite mining project in Kuantan, Pahang.
