With two decades of proven leadership in the luxury beauty industry, Adriana Nicolae brings a deep well of experience and strategic insight to L’OCCITANE Travel Retail. Her impressive career spans senior roles at renowned names such as Lagardère, Parfums Christian Dior, and Philippe Starck Fragrances, where she consistently drove success in global travel retail markets.

Most recently, she served as Global Director of Merchandising Beauty at DFS Group in Hong Kong, where she and her team achieved strong, profitable growth and forged impactful partnerships with both retailers and brands on a regional and global scale.
