Roll felts, which do not damage the profiles with their flexible textile fibre structure during extrusion and eliminate problems such as scratching that directly affect quality, can be used for long periods at temperatures up to 600°C.
Since they are felt and have a very low thermal conductivity coefficient, they do not cause the profiles to cool down quickly and do not cause surface cooling spots during anodizing.
Roll felts are manufactured from different fibers for different temperature applications and are suitable for use at temperatures ranging from 600°C to 180°C. They are also hardened with resin for extra abrasion resistance.
They are manufactured in custom diameters and widths.
