Galvanizing unit is consisted of sink roll, stabilizer roll, air knife and other spare parts. Under the liquid zinc temperature 500-700ºC,sink roll and stabilizer roll are rotated by galvanized sheet with the speed of 35-180 m/min.
The working performance of sink roll and stabilizer roll directly decide to the quality of galvanized sheet. According to this working condition, we produce sink roll and stabilizer roll with more attention on corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Material of sink roll and stabilizer roll :316L ,317L or as requirement.
