Description:
This unit adopts continuously casting and rolling process. To roll and produce low oxygen bright copper rod of ф8mm by using the qualified molten copper casting into copper ingot with a section of 2,330 mm².

Copper melting furnace (Introduced by special catalogue) → Five-wheel casting machine → Front puller → Rolling shear → Straighten machine → Chamfer device → Burring feeding device → Two-roller continuous rolling mill → Three-roller Y type continuous rolling mill → Copper rods reduction flushing device → Take-up device.
