Sow Molds and Ingot Molds

We maintain sizable inventory of patterns for standard sow molds and custom designed sow molds, and our pattern inventory keeps growing larger. We provide sow molds (sow moulds) and ingot molds in traditional cast steel materials, customer specified materials or DuraCast® materials, all of them are manufactured under stringent process control. To ensure maximum possible service life, all of our sow molds and ingot molds are NDT tested for surface and sub-surface discontinuities on the surfaces in contact with molten aluminum before shipment.
