The technology of hot cutting the billet and feeding the billet into the extruder by feeding the billet into the front of the extrusion die (the common technology on Vietnamese aluminium extrusion machines is to feed the billet into the back of the extrusion die). Temperature control technology throughout the extrusion process from billet to extrusion mill to output product with uniform hardness. Ensures extrusion of industrial products with strict technical requirements with special aluminium alloys. The machine's hydraulic system is completely designed by the world-famous REXROTH company together with extrusion experts from TECALEX and KAUTEC, creating stability in the extrusion process. The product size can be extruded up to 230 mm wide and 100 m high. The extrusion and aging length is up to 12.5 m. There are aging modes from T4, T5 and T6.
