Profiles are available in either heat or non-heat treated alloys. Which are supplied to Architectural, Automotive, Transportation, and all other industries

Our manufacturing has 15 extrusion lines offering a wide array of premium, innovative products for any architectural and non-architectural applications.

We extruded profiles in 3 main surface finishes

Mill Finish – Extrusion products without any surface treatment; profiles after the extrusion processing in the extrusion press.
Powder Coated – Coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat.
Anodised – Mill finish Aluminium with the anodizing process to increase corrosion resistance. The anodizing colours can be in Matt Silver, Champagne, Bronze, Black, Gold and other colours. We offer 10 Um / 15Um and 20 Um profiles.
Alloy: 6063, 6060, 6061, 6082, 6463 and others
Temper T4, T6
Production Lead time:

2 Weeks Mill finish; additional 1 week for surface treatment
Export Packing:

International Standard – All profiles are wrapped in paper or plastic. Timber bases and cleats are used to hold the profiles together. Approximate Bundle weight 300- 400Kg, which is then loaded on to a steel trolley. All timber is ISPM Certified for export. Custom packaging is also available.
