Die Casting Energy Saving Insulation Furnace

Die-casting energy-saving insulation furnace is specially designed for aluminium alloy high-pressure casting insulation, with the advantages of pure aluminium soup, super insulation, low energy consumption, etc. It is the first choice for customers to reduce costs and improve product quality.

Device Description : 

The equipment consists of three chambers: a feeding chamber, a holding chamber and a soup taking chamber. The aluminium liquid flows through the channels arranged at the bottom.

The high-performance and high-reliability radiation heating tube imported from Japan is installed on the furnace top to heat and keep the aluminium liquid in the molten pool. (The bottom immersion heater can also be selected.)

The internal structure of the furnace (the part in contact with the aluminium liquid) is formed by the insulation material imported from the UK, which can effectively isolate the heat from leaking out.

There are two types of heating methods: metal tube radiation heating and immersion heating.
