The metal oxide film changes the surface state and properties, such as surface coloring, improving corrosion resistance, enhancing wear resistance and hardness, and protecting metal surfaces, etc. The film formed on the surface of aluminium by anodic oxidation has a thickness of 5-30 microns, and hard anodic oxidation can reach 25-150 microns, which not only improves the hardness and wear resistance, but also increases good heat resistance.
