Single Stand Reversing Rolling Mill

The single-stand reversible rolling mill is suitable for the production of various grades of carbon steel strips. It can produce cold-rolled steel coils with the required thickness and surface quality from pickled and trimmed hot-rolled steel coils with a thickness of 1.2-6.0 mm through several rolling passes. It can be configured with personalized functions/processes according to customer needs.

• The main operating console is equipped with a human-machine interface to realize dynamic screen display of the production process, setting of rolling process parameters, fault alarm and printing of reports
• The unit has full digital AC or DC drive
• Automatic control of segmented cooling of rolling rolls
• The positive and negative bending of the working roller and the lateral movement of the intermediate roller are pre-set and controlled
• The speed and tension of the unit are automatically adjusted
• Belt break protection, fault alarm, accurate stop of working roller and accurate stop of coiler jaw position
• Automatic centering of the coiler (CPC)
