The unit's maximum part-load energy efficiency ratio reaches 26 and the highest comprehensive energy efficiency ratio can reach 11.98.
- The outlet temperature of the oxidation direct-cooling variable frequency magnetic levitation centrifugal chiller is accurate to ±0.1℃, improving the uniformity of the oxide film.
- Eliminates the need for plate heat exchangers, chilled water pumps and chilled water tanks, saving investment costs.
- Low starting current, with a single compressor having a flexible starting current of only 2A, eliminating the need for a soft starter and causing no impact on the power grid.
- The magnetic levitation unit has no oil circuit system, requiring no maintenance and saving on operating costs.
- The unit can achieve continuous intelligent adjustment of 0%-100% load, with an outlet water temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃.
- The magnetic levitation bearings allow moving parts to be completely suspended, resulting in frictionless operation inside the compressor, near-zero structural vibration, low operating noise and eliminating the need for expensive vibration damping components.
- The unit uses environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and is a positive pressure refrigerant, avoiding the danger of air mixing into the system.
